Over the last few years they've played at the Minnesota State Fair for several days at a time performing from morning until late afternoon as hundreds would listen thru the day. Their long awaited second CD, Costa del Sol was released in the Summer of' 09. Their music is unique, original, and captivating. It doesn't fit into any particular style though many styles can be heard in it. Listeners from all ages and musical tastes have come to appreciate Trio Tipo as they continue to evolve with the sound they call Acoustic Fusion.
